АннотацияСтатья посвящена анализу эволюции образования Гвинейской Республики от доколониального периода до наших дней. Актуальность определяется слабой изученностью темы в отечественной науке и развитием российско-гвинейского образовательного сотрудничества. Цель исследования — представить ретроспективу гвинейского образования и выявить факторы, определившие его современное состояние. Работа выполнена в историко-аналитической методологии с применением историко-генетического, историко-сравнительного методов и системного анализа. Источниковую базу составили нормативно-правовые акты, документы международных организаций, труды гвинейских, французских и российских исследователей, статистические данные. Автор исходят из положения, что кризис гвинейского образования обусловлен не отсутствием реформ, а их хронической непреемственностью. Новизна исследования состоит в комплексном историко-аналитическом рассмотрении темы, практически не представленной в русскоязычной науке. Теоретическая значимость определяется расширением представлений о закономерностях развития постколониальных образовательных систем. Выделены три этапа развития системы образования: доколониальный, колониальный и постколониальный. Показано, что исторические, политические и экономические факторы образуют порочный круг: колониальное наследие создает институциональную нестабильность, а хроническое недофинансирование — нереализуемость большинства реформ. Доказано, что главной причиной современного кризиса образования является не отсутствие реформ, а отсутствие их преемственности.
